We’re a Spokane, WA based boutique paid media agency built on a simple belief: when you focus on a few channels and go deep, you get better results. Founded by Chase Plischke in 2016, we’ve grown to serve businesses across North America while staying true to our roots in Spokane, Washington.

We don't gate-keep your accounts or data (in fact, on most reporting calls we take clients under the hood and show them exactly what's happening inside their ad accounts). Our pricing is straightforward. It's about trust.

Meet the Team

Chase Plischke – Founder & Principal

Chase launched the agency after years managing large search, social, and programmatic budgets at another Spokane-based firm. He leads strategy for all accounts and stays personally involved in campaign setup, performance reviews, and optimization roadmaps. Outside of digital advertising, Chase enjoys time with his wife Ashley, their two daughters, and their dog Dexter. When he isn’t at his keyboard or with the family, you’ll most likely find him on a golf course. He’s proud to call the Pacific Northwest home.

Casey Hoffman – Digital Strategist
Casey is also a Spokane native. He joined the team in January 2025 and specializes in all things digital ads. He also has some SEO chops so if you're extra nice, maybe he can help you there too! In his spare time, Casey enjoys Spokane's great outdoors scene. You can find him on the slopes or on the trails.

Mike Anderson – Digital Strategist
Mike hails from the PNW too, but across the border over in Eagle, Idaho. Mike joined the team early 2023 and has singlehandedly driven his clients' accounts to exceptional performance levels. He'll give it to you straight and make sure your ads drive the results you're looking for. Also an outdoorsman, when he's not at his computer, you can find Mike out hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying the great outdoors with his boys.
