Meet the Team

Chase Plischke – Founder & Principal
Chase launched the agency after years of managing large search and social budgets in‑house. He leads strategy for all accounts and remains personally involved in campaign reviews and testing roadmaps. Outside of digital advertising, Chase loves spending time with his wife Ashley, their two daughters, and dog Dexter. You’re most likely to find him on a golf course when he isn’t at his keyboard. He’s proud to call the Pacific Northwest home.

Casey Hoffman – Digital Strategist
Casey is also a Spokane native. He joined the team in January 2025 and specializes in all things digital ads. He also has some SEO chops so if you're extra nice, maybe he can help you there too! In his spare time, Casey enjoys Spokane's great outdoors scene. You can find him on the slopes or on the trails.

Mike Anderson – Digital Strategist
Mike hails from the PNW too, but across the border over in Eagle, Idaho. Mike joined the team early 2023 and has singlehandedly driven his clients' accounts to exceptional performance levels. He'll give it to you straight and make sure your ads drive the results you're looking for. Also an outdoorsman, when he's not at his computer, you can find Mike out hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying the great outdoors with his boys.
